Title: Attempting to add a user results in Error - There was a problem performing the search

Symptom: At the add handheld screen Admin gets Error - There was a problem performing the search right after hitting Lookup button

The Event Viewer will also generate the following error as well.

Cause: The GMC Server machine has incorrect DNS server settings for their NIC interface

Remedy: In Network connections > rt click on Local Area Connections > choose properties > Select Internet Protocol TCP/IP and hit properties > Under "Use the following DNS server addresses" enter the ip addresses or the correct DNS Servers.

Restart the Good Mobile Control Server service.
