Symptom: Sprint and Verizon Motorola Q9c running Windows Mobile 6.0 OS intermittently soft resets

Remedy: Upgrade the device ROM and GMM client version.

Additional Information: Soft resets occur with or without GMM Client installed. Upgrading the OS will hard reset the device.
