Title: Requirements for Proper Calendar Free/Busy Feature in GMM 5.0

Fact: On Good Mobile Messaging 5.0, the following setup is necessary to make Free/Busy data available on the device.

1. Public folder is mounted and correctly configured in all Exchange servers
2. If customer has a mix of 2003 and 2007 Public folder should be mounted on Exchange 2007 and replication should be turned on.
• "SCHEDULE+FREE/BUSY" is the folder that should be replicated to each Exchange server.
• We recommend the number of replication time should be kept at a minimum - e.g. 2 replications per day.
3. If customer has multiple Exchange servers , All public folder "SCHEDULE+FREE/BUSY" data should be set to replicate automatically ( Public folder replication should be turned ON)
4. If customer has Exchange 2003 or 2000/2003 Mix – Auto Accept agent should be configured – here is the link from Microsoft on how to configure auto accept agent: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/2003/insider/Accept_Agent.mspx
5. If customer has only Exchange 2007/2003 server or multiple Exchange servers of the same family, replication should be turned on between Exchange servers and Auto Accept agent should be configured too.
