Title: Start Menu is blank when Start Menu View is set to List View on the AT&T Q Global (a.k.a. Motorola Q9h) with Good Mobile Messaging 4.9.3

Symptom: When the Start Menu view is changed to List View (rather than the default Grid View) while running Good Mobile Messaging (GMM), a blank screen is presented when the Start Menu is selected.

Cause: GMM adds shortcuts to the start menu and reorders the icons. In the past it was necessary to close one of the windows used to display the start menu items. It was discovered initially that closing these windows resulted in a problem.

Remedy: Upgrade client to GMM 5.0. Workaround - Reset the device (by pulling the battery) and before Good Mobile Messaging starts, change the Start Menu back to Grid View. To make the change, go to Start -> My Stuff-> Personalize My Q -> Start Menu View.

Additional Info: This issue is seen on the AT&T Q Q9 Global (AT&T version of the Q 9h). The European version of the Motorola Q 9h does not have the option
