Symptom: Error 50: "Radio not installed" after installing Good Mobile Messaging 4.9.3 on the Sprint Motorola Q.

Cause: This may be related to an issue where the Good radio application is not correctly installed on the device.

Remedy: Recommend that customer change software policy to 4.9.3.37. Update the users software policy and soft-rest the Q to force upgrade to the latest GMM Client.

Additional Info: If the device is already running 4.9.3.37 or the issue recur after upgrading to 4.9.3.37, report to your technical support representative who may request device logs.
