Title: Known Issue: Screen corruption when using send/receive while actively receiving emails

Issue: If the handheld is actively receiving email and you use the send/receive option, the handheld may become unstable

Workarounds: Send/Receive is not necessary when the handheld is actively synching. Soft resetting the handheld restores normal operation.
