Title: Known Issue: Handheld password is not enabled unless handheld power off time is less than 1 minute

Impacted Devices: UK Vodafone 750v

Issue: The handheld password is never enabled because the handheld does not enter standby mode.

Workarounds: The handheld must be set to turn off if not used for 1 minute or less. On your PPC handheld, click Start and Settings. Select the System tab, and the Power icon. Click the Advanced tab, and set the handheld to turn off after 1 minute for battery and while on external power.
