Title: Provisioning Stuck on Verifying Certificates

Symptoms: During provisioning the handheld will get stuck at "Verifying Vertificates." Other devices synchronizing with no issues.

Causes 1: OTAsetup stub is out of date/old.

Causes 2: Device is blocked from connecting to Verisign to get the list of revoked certificates (CRL).

Remedy 1: Make sure customer has downloaded the latest OTA stub from get.good.com. Verify that customer is not using an OTA stub saved on an SD card.

Remedy 2: Cable provision the device

Remedy 3: On GMC 4.8 and higher disable the CRL check.

1. Open Good Management Console
2. Left click User Groups folder.
3. Double-click selected a Group or the All Users group.
4. Click Edit Group Software

5. For the device family affected Select the GMM client version and click Advanced...

6. Put a check in the Option "Do not check Certificate Revocation List (CRL) during OTA setup and upgrade.
