Title: Error 0x80000003 during Downloading on OTA setup

Symptom: During OTA provisioning, setup stops on "An Unknown Error has occured Error 0x8000003"

Cause: Client Download mismatch (i.e.:Trying to download a PPC client onto a Treo)

Remedy: Check to make sure the user did not switch SIMs between device types. Also check if the user is downloading the correct OTA Setup (this can be a problem on some PPCs or if they are using a SD card copy). In some cases, solution is to delete the user and cache, remove plan and host, hard reset the device and start from scratch.
