Cause: Setting on the Good Mobile Messaging host needs "Anonymous" added to the Good Management object in the DCOM Config folder, and granted: Allow permissions for Local Launch, Remote Launch, Local Activation, and Remote Activation.

Remedy: Add "Anonymous" to the Good Management object in the DCOM Config folder and allow permissions.

1. Within the Component Services tool (Control Panel --> Administrative tools) Select Component Services > My Computer
2. Under My Computer, open the DCOM Config folder.
3. Under DCOM Config, Right click the GoodLink Management object and choose Properties.
4. In the properties Dialog, select the Security tab.
5. Under the Launch and Activation Permission section, choose the Customize and then click Edit to launch the Launch Permission dialog.
6. Within Launch Permission, add "Anonymous" then assign Allow permissions for Local Launch, Remote Launch, Local Activation, and Remote Activation. Then Choose OK.
7. Log out and then back into the machine with the remote GMC.
