Source:GoodLink
Network Access [context:provisioning handheld]

Cause: The device was activated in the Good Monitoring Portal (GMP) prior to adding the device in the GoodLink Management Console (GMC). This can happen if the handheld is still operating on another GMM server or in some rare cases if the client software was abnormally uninstalled.
Remedy: In the Good Management Console, locate and remove the user previously assigned to the device. In an environment with multiple Good Management Servers, check the other servers as well. If you cannot find the user in GMC, then contact your technical support representative for assistance. A user host record in the network operation center may need to be manually removed. Once record is removed, then re-add the user in the GMC.
