Finding Messages

You can search for email messages based on Address, Sender, Subject, or Body text.

To find messages:

1. Open your Inbox.
2. Select Find Messages from the menu. The Find screen appears.
3. Enter the text you want to find. Then select which parts of the message you want to search.

You can search for text in the Address, Sender, Subject, and/or Body of messages. All email folders on your handheld are searched.

Searching for text in the body of a message takes a little longer than an Address or Subject search.

4. Select Find.

A list of email messages appears that matches the search criteria you specified.

5. Select a message and bring up the context menu so you can read, delete, or otherwise handle it.
6. Select OK to return to the complete, unfiltered list of messages.
